THE VILLA

Sunny holiday home for 6 people in Ibiza style with a charming, cozy interior.
The detached house is close to the child-friendly beach of Cala Vadella (1.5 km) and has a private pool.

Location

The house is located on the southwest side of the island in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
The town of Sant Josep de sa Talaia is a 15-minute drive away, the airport about 25 minutes, and Eivissa (Ibiza Town) about 30 minutes.

Furnishings

There is a bright living area consisting of a cozy dining room, a living room, and a semi-open kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms:
Downstairs, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower.
Upstairs, there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, as well as 1 master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, double sink, walk-in shower, and bathtub.
This master bedroom opens onto a beautiful terrace with a lovely sea view.

In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (maintenance on Saturdays and Tuesdays) with sun loungers and a lounge corner.
Several parasols are available, as well as a gas BBQ and a large outdoor dining table.

There is a TV with many international channels and Netflix access (using your own login). A streaming box is also available.
Additionally, there is a JBL Bluetooth speaker and fiber internet.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, combination oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, milk frother, kettle, mixer, and juicer.
Downstairs, there is an additional refrigerator with three freezer drawers, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
An ironing board and iron are also available.

Bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels, and kitchen towels are included.

Indoors, there is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted outside.
Noise at night is not allowed.

No rentals to groups of young people. Access will be denied if this rule is abused.
During the high season, rentals are only available from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the high season, exceptions may be possible.
