- April, May and October: €3350.00 per week
- June and September: €3850.00 per week
- July and August: €5450.00 per week
Always including end-cleaning.
A deposit of €1500 is required to be paid 1 week before departure.
At booking 30% deposit, the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
House rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed outside.
- Night noise is not allowed.
- No rental to groups of young people. The access to the house will be denied if this rule is abused.
- In high season, only rented from Saturday to Saturday. Out of season, exceptions may be possible.
- Check-in from 4pm.
- Check-out no later than 10am.
